This has been set up as a bit of fun for those of you who want to lose a few of the Christmas pounds that may of snuck on! All you need to do is join the event and once a week, tell us how much weight (if any) you have lost. We don't know want to know what you weigh, just if you have lost any lbs in a week. No cheating - honesty pays! WEDNESDAY IS CONFESSION DAY! Come along each Wednesday and post how much you have lost.
Ok so back to work next week after the 'accident' so will be no excuses for no weight loss - is the fit to ride still active? last time I logged in to this my excuse was that I was eating all the left over Christmas food.... suppose that is no longer valid. Physio says I need to join a gymn to strengthen my leg muscles again - will weight my self Monday and start from there

Well the eurostar breeches I bought before Chrimbo that were a bit too tight are now not so tight, hurrah I can be all Kermitty green and slightly leaner now :D

Umm might have lost a pound ot two recently, this week isn't going well with demolishment of a terrys choc orange and maccies fo rlunch today (only having a happy meal tho). Need to get riding to burn off some calories :(
