Ok so back to work next week after the 'accident' so will be no excuses for no weight loss - is the fit to ride still active? last time I logged in to this my excuse was that I was eating all the left over Christmas food.... suppose that is no longer valid. Physio says I need to join a gymn to strengthen my leg muscles again - will weight my self Monday and start from there
Ok its the first day of Lent and I am going to give up snacking! I have put on 4lbs since my last confession and seriously need to shift the podge. Come back and get back on track!
Right lets not fall of the wagon... I confess I have but got to get back to it with spring on the way. Confession day with now be WEDNESDAY for all of those who want to keep with the weight loss!

Well the eurostar breeches I bought before Chrimbo that were a bit too tight are now not so tight, hurrah I can be all Kermitty green and slightly leaner now :D

Umm might have lost a pound ot two recently, this week isn't going well with demolishment of a terrys choc orange and maccies fo rlunch today (only having a happy meal tho). Need to get riding to burn off some calories :(
I managed 1lb....every little helps!!!
None for me either! We need to think up of an incentive to get people moving again! I shall have a think tomorrow while I'm "supposed" to be working at what we can do to get people moving again!
Hmmm no weight lost - anyone else like to divulge or confess! Aren't we shocking we are not even out of January yet and enthuasim seems to waning! LOL :D

made these over the weekend and they had to be tested...so only 1Lb this week
Well I had lost four pounds....but I put them back on. So off to square one.
I've lost 4ibs since we started - i've not had scales for the last few weeks so wasnt really sure where I was but happy i've lost overall as i've really not been very good!!
I've put on 2lbs..... knew I would I enjoyed the weekend too much. Back to it today - see if I didn't have to write it on here, I wouldn't be shamed to get back on the straight and narrow! LOL
